You are there!

Watching my grand-baby, June, sitting in the sand
one early morning of our family vacation last week,
while she took in the magic and wonder of this brand-new place in her life experience,
the words of Psalm 139 came into my memory like a warm ray of hope
and an on-going shelter from the harsh winds of pain.
I hope they will do the same for you.

Is there anyplace I can go to avoid your Spirit?
Or to be out of your sight?

If I climb to the sky, you're there!
If I go underground you're there!

If I flew on morning's wings to the far western horizon,
You'd find me in a minute--
You're there already waiting!

Your thoughts--how rare, how beautiful!
God, I'll never comprehend them!

I couldn't even begin to count them--
Any more than I could count the sand of the sea.

Oh, let me rise in the morning and live always with you.

Psalm 139, selected (The Message)

I would love to hear from you—

Judi
